My name is Kim Doram and I am a Registered Occupational Therapist within Alberta. I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master’s of Occupational Therapy in 2011. I have dedicated my career to working with children, teens and their families. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings including Catholic, Public, and independent schools, as well as in families’ homes and private clinics. I use a strength-based, neurodivergent affirming approach and believe that collaboration is key to success in therapy. I look at not only the child/teen but also the environment they are learning within when determining the best support. I have extensive experience in both assessment and treatment in the areas of fine motor development, pre-printing/printing, keyboarding, executive functioning, sensory processing, and regulation. I also target daily living skills including; toilet training, mealtime/feeding/picky eating, sleep, and hygiene. In my free time I love to explore the mountains with my friends, two kids and husband.
